Teacher. Photographer. Writer. Professional Hype Girl. Probably crying at your wedding before your own mom.

During the week, you'll find me teaching middle school English. On the weekends, you'll find me chasing golden hour, photographing the sweetest people, and wondering how in the world this gets to be my job. Somewhere in between, I'm editing thousands of photos with the biggest smile on my face and somehow still halfway through ten books at once.

People always ask me what kind of photographer I am. Truthfully?I'm just someone who loves people.

I love hearing how you met. I love watching grandparents sneak in one more hug. I love the happy tears, the belly laughs, the messy moments, and all the little in-between moments that somehow end up meaning the most.

Because here's the thing...This isn't about creating the perfect Instagram photo.

It's about creating the photographs your kids will find twenty years from now. The ones your grandparents proudly frame. The ones that instantly bring you back to exactly how that moment felt.

Some photographers focus on perfect poses...I focus on moments that feel like you!

Every time I pack my camera, I still catch myself thinking, "Wait... someone trusted me to photograph one of the best days of their life?" I'll never stop feeling grateful for that!!
